It wasn’t part of a grand plan. Nor was it conceived on a relentlessly finessed ‘roadmap’.

It wasn’t an inflated ambition, dreamily pretended into existence. 

It just happened of its own volition. First, one. Then another. And then more.

A slow migration. A softly moving current, drifting closer within and wider beyond.

People we know. People we didn't know. People we've come to know.

Our unique differences do not divide us,  they enrich us. Our disparate and lived experiences, collectively bind us.

A beginning. It found us. We found each other. That's a start.
